For time being, we use Poslaju service only.
Shipping is free for all orders of RM200.00 and above.
Orders below RM200.00 are charged a flat delivery rate of RM8.00 within West Malaysia and RM10.00 within East Malaysia.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Parcel?
Your parcel will be reached your doorstep in 2 business days for West Malaysia and 3-4 business days for East Malaysia. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days buffer as there might be delay from Poslaju service which is not within our control.
*Peak periods such as Public Holidays and De Dandelion’s special promotions can experience longer delivery times, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed upon receive. So, please choose a shipping address where you are available to sign for your parcel.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We are using SenangPay Payment Gateway service which offers credit card payment and FPX (An online payment gateway system to facilitate payment between customers and participating financial institutions)
Can De Dandelion Ship My Order To Multiple Addresses?
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at time-being. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own shipping address.
What If My Parcel Lost Or Damaged During Delivery?
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please text/whatsapp us @ +60173120482 or email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you accordingly.

How do I place an Order?
You can add your favourite items into the cart and then click on the checkout button to complete the process. You are allow to checkout as a guest or you can login to your account (required registration) to complete the process.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us immediately to inform us that you would like to cancel or change your order. But we afraid only orders (still in pending status) are allowed to do so. For orders which are already been shipped, we seek your forgiveness as we can’t do anything on it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It is not necessary as you can always checkout as a guest. But for your convenience, it is highly recommended that you register an account with us as it only takes minutes to complete the registration process.
How Do I Track My Order?
Poslaju tracking code will be given to you upon your parcel shipped, so you can trace your parcel from time to time.
